Security agencies detained the Deputy Superintendent of Adiala Jail Rawalpindi and started questioning.
According to sources, Deputy Superintendent Muhammad Akram is accused of providing special facilities to PTI founder Imran Khan.
According to the sources, the Deputy Superintendent was taken into custody for exceeding his powers and an investigation was started. Investigations are being conducted by the Deputy Superintendent on behalf of the security agencies.
Sources say that the deputy superintendent is accused of secretly sending messages to founder PTI and has many other charges.
According to the sources, security agencies have informed the IG Jails Punjab through a letter.
Sources said that after the investigation, Deputy Superintendent Muhammad Akram will also face departmental action.
It should be noted that Deputy Superintendent Adiala Jail Muhammad Akram was already removed from the post.
